OUR 15 BARREL BREWHOUSE
The Brewhouse is the heart and soul of the brewing process. It's here where we combine the ingredients with just the right combinations and timing to create all of our wonderful beers.
The brewing process starts when cracked malted barley, known as Grist, is transferred from the Grist Case to the Mash Tun. Here the malted barley is mixed with hot water. The combination of the water and malted barley is known as the Mash.
The Mash is then transferred to the second part of the Brewhouse known as the Lauter Tun. Here the liquid is separated from the grain. This sweet liquid is called Wort.
The Wort is then transferred to the Kettle. In the Kettle the Wort is brought to a boil and Hops are added to the Wort at different times during the boil. From here the Wort is transferred through a heat exchanger, to lower the temperature , and then to a fermentation vessel to ferment.

We are South Jersey producers of small batch craft beers distributed to bars, restaurants and liquor stores throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. We love what we do and are living our dream.
