The Road to Santiago
They say Spain is beautiful this time of year, but the stars led us to South Jersey. We decided to make our own religious experience! We took our favorite robust Oatmeal Stout recipe and added lactose and a bucket full of Milky Way bars to guide the way. Weary pilgrims rejoice!
Big Brother IPA
A special version of Brotherton IPA. We added lactose and bumped up the amount of oats used for a bit more sweetness and a fuller mouthfeel. Then we double dry hopped it with pounds and pounds more of the Citra, Mosaic and Centennial hops we know and love so well.
Brotherton Wee Heavy
Layers of candied dark fruit notes and caramelized sugars are cut with a touch of hops and roasted malt in this malty beauty. Finishes with a puff of smoke and a lingering delicate sweetness.
Our Jersey Devil DIPA aged one year in bourbon barrels with brettanomyces. Dry, fruity and lightly tart.
A dry and dank IPA brewed with oats and wheat. Dry hopped heavily with American and New Zealand hop varieties. Notes of berries, apple, pear, tropical fruit, and pine.
A hoppy session ale brewed with Saccharomyces “bruxellensis” Trois yeast. Dry hopped lavishly with fresh Centennial, Chinook and Cascade harvested locally from East Coast Hops in Southampton, NJ and added to the beer immediately.
